This Alkaline Power Set consists of three modules (Urbase I, II and III) that supply the body with important alkaline minerals: magnesium and calcium carbonate. They are to be used consecutively for maxiumum efficiency. We have recently added valuable zinc to Urbase I. Zinc is vital for the body’s “buffer system” that keeps the pH-values at a constant level.
We recommend taking Urbase twice a day, preferably in the morning and evening before meals. To do this, stir one level measuring spoon (enclosed) into a glass of water and drink it. Start with Urbase I and once it is finished, switch to Urbase II and then to Urbase III.
